Matter, P.C. or any attorney employed by or associated with the Firm (jointly the “Firm”). To become a Firm client, the following must occur: (i) the Firm must issue to you its retainer agreement; (ii) you must print and sign on paper the Firm’s retainer agreement and deliver the signed retainer agreement to the Firm; and (iii) you must receive the Firm’s written confirmation that the retainer fee set forth in the Firm’s retainer agreement has cleared the Firm’s trust account. Once the foregoing conditions are met, you will be considered a Firm client (“Client”) for the purposes described in the signed retainer agreement.
